Can I sell cable by the metre and cement by the bag?
Yes. Each product has a base unit and optional sub-units with their own prices, so the till handles both without mistakes.
Can I send quotations to contractors?
Yes. Create a quotation, share it as PDF or on WhatsApp, and convert it to an invoice when the contractor confirms.
Does it work for several branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock and tills, and transfers between branches keep a complete movement history.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up and using Cloudtrade is covered by your subscription alone. A setup fee only applies when you want our team’s hands-on input, such as importing your stock, setting up your branches or building a custom integration, and we agree it with you upfront.
How does M-Pesa reach my bank?
With the M-Pesa add-on, the cashier sends a payment prompt to the customer’s phone, the customer enters their PIN, the sale closes itself and the money is paid straight into your bank account. It works with most banks in Kenya.
